Registration is now open for the 2024 Transportation Construction Coalition (TCC) Fly-In. The report examines road and bridge conditions, congestion, economic development, highway safety, the impact of COVID-19 on vehicle travel trends, and transportation funding in the Albany-Schenectady-Troy, Binghamton, Buffalo-Niagara Falls, New York-Newark-Jersey City, Poughkeepsie-Newburgh-Middletown, Rochester, Syracuse and Utica urban areas and statewide.
