Public Salary Range: $285,000-$295,000 Qualifications A bachelor's degree in design, construction, business management, or a relevant field and ten or more years of increasing and broadening responsibility in operations, portfolio, and project management in an institutional setting such as higher education or health care is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an understanding of high-level finance outcomes related to debt management: an ability to serve as a thought partner for creative solutions that support financial solvency, the ability to synthesize issues and ideas and present them to constituent groups, an understanding of higher education trends, legislation, and legal issues; and demonstrated success in building and motivating an effective team, including recruiting, developing and retaining talent. THE POSITION
